Davis Commercial was opened in 2001 by  Jeff Davis, Broker, after a successful 13 year career at Grubb & Ellis/ Pearson Commercial. While there, he completed over  500 transactions and was among the top  performers of the company for several years.  With over 30 years in the industry, Jeff  has  the experience needed to help you with your Commercial Real Estate needs.

Davis Commercial was founded with the goal of offering clients the focused attention they deserve.  We purposely take on a limited number of listings and assignments so that clients  needs are met.

When looking for a company to represent you, don't be fooled by the firms that say they will have multiple people working on your listing or assignment. Having worked at a prominent firm for 13 years, I can attest that there will be one person doing the vast majority of the work.  

Adding extra names may seem to be a good thing, but in reality,  it makes little difference.   Many firms are focused on getting every listing possible. This means it is difficult for them to devote the time that each client deserves. With our firm, you will get personal,  individualized and  focused service. 

• Graduated from California State University Fresno in 1985 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration-Finance. 

• 1985-1987- Sales Associate- Advertising, Clovis Independent newspaper, McClatchy Corporation.

• 1987-1988- New home Sales Associate for prominent local home builder.

• 1988-2001- Sales Associate Grubb & Ellis Pearson  Commercial.

• 2001 to present-Owner-Broker of Davis Commercial  Real Estate Services.

• Completed various commercial real estate courses over the years including  CCIM, Grubb & Ellis University and 1031 exchanges.

 Member of the Fresno Association of Realtors, Fresno Multiple Listing Service, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. We utilize the national platforms of LoopNet,  CoStar  and CREXi in the marketing of all properties.  

• Sold 42,000 square foot office building in Fresno to Hinds Hospice.

• Sold the Old Town Station, a 27,000 square foot Retail- Office building.

• Represented North West Medical group in leasing 35,000 of space for the relocation of their office.

• Sold the First & Dakota Medical Center a 48,000 square foot multi-tenant office building.

• Leased 8,000 square feet of office space to Omni Healthcare.

• Sold 5 acres of development  land near Clovis Community Hospital for a new health care facility.

• Sold multiple industrial properties to a local investor participating in a 1031  Exchange.

• Was given the assignment to lease vacant space at  the  25,000 square foot Gettysburg building. Obtained full occupancy in a little over one year. With the increase in value due to being fully leased,  we sold the building to a local investor after 60 days on the market.
